欧米の家庭のクリスマス飾りは綺麗ですよね。

1992年だから14年前にもなります。
JAZZ好きなら行かねばと思ったニュー・オリンズ。

BARで飲んでいると見知らぬオジサン、大学生、観光客まで見知らぬ日本人に話しかけてくれる。
あの陽気な雰囲気が今でも忘れられません。

写真右は公園で撮影したサッチモ（ルイ・アームストロング）の銅像です。

今年のNew Orleansはどんな年末を迎えるのでしょうか？
御大も天国から早く被害から復興される事を願っているでしょう。
